These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NovaVik Global FZ-LLC website (novavik.com) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We supply new aftermarket replacement parts and overhaul kits for air compressors. Our parts are manufactured to be compatible and interchangeable with the corresponding original equipment components, and are intended to perform equally to or better than the equivalent original part under the same operating conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our parts are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.

Pricing and Quotes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. Where pricing is provided on request, a quotation is valid for the period stated in the quote and is subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, to limit quantities, or to correct pricing or description errors. A contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order.

Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout or as agreed in your quotation. Orders are processed once payment is received and verified.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees applicable in the destination country. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Fitment and Installation

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the part ordered is correct for their equipment, including the compressor model and part number. Parts must be installed by a qualified technician in accordance with proper procedures. We are not responsible for incorrect selection or improper installation.

Warranty and Returns

Our products are covered by the warranty set out on our Warranty & Returns page. Please note that we do not offer returns; sales are final except for valid warranty claims as described on that page.

Intellectual Property and OEM References

All manufacturer names, model numbers, part numbers, photographs, symbols, and descriptions are used for reference and compatibility purposes only. NovaVik Global FZ-LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ingersoll Rand or any other original equipment manufacturer. All OEM names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website is intended to imply official affiliation or to infringe the intellectual property rights of any manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaVik Global FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of our registered office. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location.
