NovaVik Global FZ-LLC ships worldwide via FedEx or an equivalent international courier. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a few business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Estimated transit times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination shipping zone.

Import Duties & Taxes

Our product and shipping prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are determined by that country's authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are payable by the buyer, usually on or before delivery. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any resulting return shipping and charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment on delivery and report any damage promptly.
